How To Live Stream A Meeting Using Google Meet

Everyone with a Google account can use Google Meet to have temporary access to all of their premium features, including the capacity to webcast meetings live.
A meeting can be greatly benefited from live streaming, especially if there will be a sizable audience.

STEPS:

  1. Create a new event in your calendar after logging into your Gmail account.
    You can accomplish this by selecting the “Calendar” app from the drop-down menu that shows when you click on the square with four dots in the top right corner of your screen.google calendar button
  2. In the upper left corner of your screen, click “+ Create.” create event on google calendar
  3. Create the event, enter all the necessary details, and then click “More options.”google calendar event more options button
  4. Google Meet should be used after selecting the “Add conferencing” option in the advanced options section.add conferencing
  5. After that, click the arrow that appears in the Join Hangouts Meet box, then click “Add live stream” at the bottom.add live stream
  6. When you choose live stream, a link will be included in the calendar invitation that your participant can click to access the live stream.
