Everyone with a Google account can use Google Meet to have temporary access to all of their premium features, including the capacity to webcast meetings live.
A meeting can be greatly benefited from live streaming, especially if there will be a sizable audience.
STEPS:
- Create a new event in your calendar after logging into your Gmail account.
You can accomplish this by selecting the “Calendar” app from the drop-down menu that shows when you click on the square with four dots in the top right corner of your screen. - In the upper left corner of your screen, click “+ Create.”
- Create the event, enter all the necessary details, and then click “More options.”
- Google Meet should be used after selecting the “Add conferencing” option in the advanced options section.
- After that, click the arrow that appears in the Join Hangouts Meet box, then click “Add live stream” at the bottom.
- When you choose live stream, a link will be included in the calendar invitation that your participant can click to access the live stream.
