SPF and DKIM (TXT)are 2 features you can easily enable to make sure your emails go to their destination (instead of ending up in spam folders) and to reduce the amount of spam emails you receive. This article helps you set up an External SPF record is.
Step 1 – Log in to cPanel and click on Web > Domains > View .
Step 2 – Click on ‘ Manage DNS’ > select filter
Step 3 – If you see any old SPF and TXT records, make sure to Delete them first.
Now enter your Priority, the Destination (sometimes named Record) and click ‘Save Changes’.
Note: SPF and TXT records normally propagate and start working between 15min-4 hrs after you update them, but in rare cases can take up to 24hrs.
