Users get this error when –
- They are trying to install a certificate that does not match the Private Key.
- If you are using a Windows server then IIS will only allow you to make one request per site.
- If a new CSR needs to be generated then the original request will be overwritten.
- Loss of a private key may result in the generation of a completely new order.
