  • How to setup Office365?

    I. To Set Up Office 365 on a Domain with Buzinessware Without Previous Email

    If your domain is with Buzinessware and it doesn’t already have an email account on it, you can follow these instructions to get your account up and running.

    1. Log in to your Account Manager.
    2. Click Office 365 Email and Productivity, and then click Launch next to the plan you want to use.
    3. Enter your information in the space provided, and then click Create.

    II. To Set Up Office 365 on a Domain with Buzinessware With the Previous Email

    If you already have an email account on a domain name that’s with Buzinessware, you can follow these instructions to get your account up and running.

      1. Log in to your Account Manager.
      2. Click Office 365 Email and Productivity, and then click Launch next to the plan you want to use.
      3. Enter your information in the space provided, and then click Create and continue.

                  WARNING: The next step changes where you will receive emails and it can take up to 24 hours to be completed. By proceeding, you will no longer receive emails in your old email account.

                    4. When you’re ready to make the switch, click Ready to switch.

    III. To Set Up Office 365 on a Domain at Another Registrar

    If your domain is with another registrar, you need to update your DNS to begin receiving email. Follow these instructions to get your account up and running.

      1. Log in to your Account Manager.
      2. Click Office 365 Email and Productivity, and then click Launch next to the plan you want to use.
      3. Enter your information in the space provided, and then click Create and continue.

    WARNING: The next step changes where you will receive emails and it can take up to 24 hours to be completed. By proceeding, you will no longer receive emails in your old email account.

    1. To start receiving mail, you’ll need to update your domain’s DNS. Click Help me fix this next to your email account, and then update your domain’s DNS with the appropriate records.

      WARNING: If your domain is registered through Buzinessware, and you already have an email account set up on your domain, this next step stops all incoming and outgoing mail from your old email account, immediately. It could take up to 24 hours before you start receiving emails to your new account.

    2. After you’ve updated your DNS click Done.
